Jay Schwartz (all pronouns) is a high school student currently based in Northern Colorado. Impacted by their urban upbringing, and a life impacted by chronic illness, Jay strives to create and foster space for all manner of intersectional relationships and lived experience. Jay focuses on communication and organization strategies informed by their own, ongoing journey, and the wisdom of their communities.
